History
Tri-Tech Sales Associates, Inc. was founded October 1, 1981 by three electrical engineers; Robert Tuniewicz, Bill Perlman, and Edward Gimbut. Hence the agency name, Tri-Tech. Joining the firm as a junior partner in 1991, Gil Talamo combined with Robert Tuniewicz in 1998 to buy out Bill Perlman and relocated the TT offices to Long Island. When Bob Tuniewicz retired in 2018, Gil Talamo became President and principal owner of TT. In 2018, TT also saw expansion of the firm when Moriarty Sales joined Tri-Tech Sales. Today, Jim Moriarty is Executive VP of Tri-Tech Sales. Tri-Tech is well-positioned for the future with Michael Tuniewicz and Jay Kahn being named partners in the firm and key figures in the company’s succession plan.
